  Acabo de perder un tren por su culpa, llegaré tarde a mi trabajo. Reservé por tele taxi Sevilla ayer por la noche para las 7:30 de esta mañana y han venido a recogerme con 40 minutos de retraso. No merece la pena llamar y reservar taxi. Llegan tarde y lo justifican todo con un exceso de demanda. Y si llueve, como hoy, ya creen que tienen justificadao cualquier retraso, aunque sea de 40 minutos en un reserva que se hizo el día anterior. Informales e ineficientes.

  We thought maybe it was just an isolated incident, but then, the next trip was similar. The guy arrived with some 2+ euros on the meter (which is perfectly fine), he dropped us off without any issue, but then he asked for a price that was 60 centimos higher than what was on the meter. I said, "that's not what the meter reads...," to which he said that it was an extra fee for the phone call. BullSh*t! I've lived and traveled enough in Spain to know that is not a thing. We were furious.

  The first time, they arrived having already charged us 5 euros just to arrive. I understand that they charge for the trip to pick you up, but 5 euros seemed excessive. Then, to go from there to our meet up point (The Alcázar), which we had been to multiple times over the last few days, it cost an additional 7 euros. The driver took us on a strange loop to get to where we were going, in stead of just driving us from Triana, across the river, and straight to the Alcázar. It was absurd. When we complained, he played dumb and insisted we pay the almost 12 euros for a trip we could have walked in 15 minutes.

  Our hotel uses this taxi service when you request a taxi. Out of the four times we used them, twice they cheated us. In spite of the fact that we speak perfect Spanish and have lived in Spain for years, they saw that we were foreigners and took advantage.
